Student Record Requests

If you are requesting before September 15, 2026, please be aware of the following:

• All active students’ cumulative files were sent to parents and guardians by email. Special Education records were also sent separately by email.
• State Assessment Reports were mailed to families by the United States Postal Service as they were received by the school. If you have moved and an assessment report was returned to the school, we attempted to resend it to you by email while we still had access to our school email system. Once that access ended, we were no longer able to resend those documents.
• Information regarding those state assessments is included in the student’s cumulative file and beginning September 15, 2026 those files will be maintained through the Arizona State Board for Charter Schools.
• If your records request is made before September 15, 2026 our remaining staff will make every effort to provide the requested information by email to the designated email address you provide.

Please email all student Record Requests before September 15, 2026 to noahwebsterschools@noahwebster.org. Due to the high volume of student record requests and limited staff, turnaround time is currently 10 business days.
