Noah Webster Schools would like to provide a time to drop off medications that will be needed on-site throughout the 2020-2021 school year. Please review the Health Office Packet carefully for important instructions and any paperwork that may be required by clicking HERE.  Due to COVID, we ask that you wear a face mask and follow social distancing guidelines while on campus.

When:            Thursday, September 3, 2020
Where:           Multi-Purpose Room
Hours:           9:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m.  ** Please contact the Health Office to arrange a drop off time **

Please note the following to expedite your drop off:

  • Any injectable medication (i.e. Epi-Pen) or controlled medication should have a healthcare provider’s signature on the Administration of Medication paperwork.
  • Asthma Action Plans & Administration of Medication are required for all students with an inhaler on campus.
    • A spacer or a valved holding chamber is recommended
  • Anaphylaxis Action Plans & Administration of Medication are required for all students with an epi-pen on campus.
  • Only parents or legal guardians are able to complete the Administration of Medication paperwork.
  • All medication must be in its original container with a valid prescription label intact.
  • We cannot accept expired medication.
  • We can only accept medication that is to be given during school hours, medication that is prescribed to be once or twice a day should be given at home.
  • All medication must be dropped off by an adult; students are prohibited from carrying medication on campus.
